STEP 3: This "Checkout" page will show you what you have ordered and you may make changes/corrections to your order at this time. You must enter a "0" in the quantity box and return to the product and reenter correct information for total quantity wanted for that style. Enter your payment information and select your prefered payment method. Don't forget to take a look at our Policies.
EXISTING BUSINESS CUSTOMERS: In the "Comments and Additional Instructions" Box enter your Company Name/Logo. If it is a reorder, please enter the invoice # from the order you wish to repeat. If you are wanting to change your order, please indicate the style #'s of the products from our Products Catalog or from former invoices. Indicate if you are wanting to change the color scheme of your logo from former jobs we have done for you in the past. Please call if you have special instructions/requests. ART INSTRUCTIONS:
So what do we mean by "artwork"? Well
for us it comes in many forms. We can use anything from a business card
to digital art files such as .bmp, .wmf, .pcx and .eps formats. Or, if
all you have is an idea, we can work from a sketch! If you can mail it,
fax it or email it to us, then it fits our definition of artwork! If you
don't have an existing Logo, we offer art services, we will contact you
with a art charge estimation. We also offer thousands of stock designs
we can Personalize for your needs, just let
us know what your looking for and we will contact you if we need further
instruction or specific design choice from you.
DESIGN CONCEPT
Artwork can be either scannable, (printed sample, drawing, etc.) or
digital, (file formats such as .bmp, .tif, .gif, .eps, PhotoPaint or PhotoSuite
file). If the artwork is not in color, some indication of the design's
color(s) should be indicated. The size you would like the final embroidered
design to be should be indicated. If you're not sure of the size you want,
indicate where you want the design positioned on the item, (center front,
center back, left chest, etc.) and we'll recommend an appropriate size.
Please respect the fact that Downtown Shirt Company CANNOT reproduce trademarked
or licensed images.
PERSONALIZATION
Individuals and Businesses can have any of
the products listed in our Products Catalog personalized
with names, dates, events, etc. along with their logo. We will contact
you with the total price.
INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS

Please provide us with as much information as
possible about the garment or item you would like embroidered. This would
include the style, fabric, color, finishes, lining material, etc. If you
have a picture of the item, send it along if possible. Indicate the potential
mix of sizes your order will include. This is especially important if your
order will include Youth sizes or Adult sizes 2XL and/or 3XL.
